Ali made buying a new car an enjoyable experience. He was always friendly and pleasant, but more importantly he was very knowledgeable about the various models we were looking at. We never felt pressured, Ali proposed to spend all the time with us that we needed to make a decision. Finally, he arranged for the car to be delivered earlier than promised.
