Following an accident with my former CRV(purchased from Ottawa Honda as well), I had to deal with both Sales(James Savioe), Finance(Mike Malloy), and Collision(Trevor). In all three cases, the service was nothing less than outstanding. All the All the gentlemen were knowledgeable, empathetic, and accommodating. A pleasure to deal with.
