We went to many Honda Dealerships but returned here as the price was right. The people, (Nick, Mike and Mohammed), were very helpful and friendly. Mike explained the extended warranty and we bought it. We would recommend Ottawa Honda to our friends.

Last Saturday on Oct 7, we talked to Ali on the phone regarding the way to lease a 2013 Honda Crv. Ali invited us to come and meet him in person. We had an appointment to meet him the same day and as soon as we walked in we were welcomed by friendly staff. We sat down to talk to Ali and we had a deal within an hour. It was an excellent experience, we got what we had asked for. Excellent customer service on Ali’s part and on behalf of all staff.
