We first met with Vic Dilawri, who was wonderful and accommodating.
He had Ali take us through the features of the van. Ali was extremely
knowledgeable and insightful. Having him accompany us on the test drive was very
informative and ultimately led us to our decision in purchasing the odyssey.
Overall it was a seamless experience.

Bill was very helpful throughout the whole experience, from the
initial meeting, coffees, negotiations, explaining new features in the car etc.

I found my experience at Ottawa Honda to be great. James was very
easy going and not at all pushy. While Mike was brilliant at meeting all of my
queries, and exploring financial matters in detail. I would happily recommend

Great experience. Bill took his time with me, explaining what I
needed to know about the car. He was more of a consultant, as opposed to a regular
salesperson. He took his personal time to extend exceptional customer service
to me and made me feel like I was his only customer.
